I took the PTCE on May 14 (passed it!)....lol!! Its VERY HARD!! Study as much as possible. Learn the brand/generic drugs and make sure you pay attention to the hospital pharmacy part of your review classes. Also....practice your math. As long as you know how to cross multiply, youll be fine. When I took it I was so nervous b/c I thought I failed...but once I found out I passed it was the greatest feeling on Earth. I took it and passed it easy.  It's pretty simple if you know your stuff.  Know what the different sources are like merck manual, red book, orange book, PDA, and all that stuff and what it would be used for.  Know the top brand and generic drugs.  Basically most of it is common sense like aseptic techniques and stuff, know your HIPAA guidelines and you will be okay.  Good luck, i was so stressed about it but i did fine, you will do fine too, especially if you have done your internship.
