Has anyone recieved a random check with the business name ISL INC. ?

I received a check with the company name ISL INC. and accompanied with a letter stating i won the Mega lottery, which apparantly i won by using my debit card. i called the number and they said to deposit it and the check would clear within 3 days. IS THIS A SCAM???????

By depositing this check what kind of damage can be done to me?????

if its a bad check you could get into major trouble but if i were you i would take the letter to your bank along with the check and show them ask them to do a chek on it and see if it is legit tell them you just dont want to cash a bad check that was sent to you they should help you out

Its a scam.  Any unsolicited offers are scams, or at the very least want to try to get some of your information to be used against you or maliciously in some way.  Shred it immediately.

the best thing to do is shred the check. how can u win the lottery if u know u have not played. so many people have got scammed by this. lottery can not b won by using a debit card.
