Has anyone returned merchandise for refund to retrokickspot.com successfully?

since my merchandise was returned they stopped corresponding with me and I'm unable to get a refund...I'm out $300+ USD. I don't even know if they are at the return address in Ontario, Canada. Will never purchase from them again.

I personally don't know much about them but have heard from a few others that they are not good to deal with. They lack severly in customer service especially after the sale.
