Crower does not seem to have a working model that can drive a load, which implies that he is not meeting his goals.

I found it last night when looking at a question can a car run on water.

I can see the value, such as putting excess energy to use, and maybe cleaning particles from the exhaust (less pollutants to the air.

The article talks about re condensing the steam, but now we are back to a cooling radiator again. Maybe collect the water on board for disposal during refuel.

I think it could be interesting experimenting.
