Has anyone seen Erasmus-study programs containing anything else than bars and drinking beer?

Erasmus program is european student exchange, takes usually 4 months, and what i have seen, its just beer-drinking voyage to foreign country. Students dont even go to school more than 1-2 times a week.

Have you seen or heard anyone studying or taking it seriously while at one of them?

1) what is Your approach and attitude to it

You can party out the most big-times-sucking anty-party location

You can as well do the most of Your studies in the most ***-kicking party location

and You can do both: study and party
