I haven't seen the Barracuda out along in front of the media; Badin has been out campaign on his own...I wonder if she is to much of a loose canon for the RNC. The suit looks pretty and she can deliver a speech, but she is not ready for prime time

  1. No and you won't see that McCain's camp is busy playing good cop bad cop. Palin makes all the snide remarks about Obama, then McCain follows up with his usual " I would rather lose an election than my Country lose a war, and I fought the big spenders pork barrelers."

  2. There have been technical difficulties..Seems she can't help herself from stopping at every tree.

  3. Loose cannon?  No, don't think so.

  4. No. She's not ready yet. I heard this morning on the news Mccain plans on having her "tutored" on all the problems and issues so she can at least talk like she may know what's going on to prepare her for campaigning. talking with the press and the debate. Very reassuring, don't you think.

  5. Geez it's only been a week and you expect her to be campaigning alone.  It's not like Obama nominate Biden and he then was out campaigning the next week.  Oh wait, he was.  Well you can't expect much from a mayor of a town of 9000 people.. Oh wait, the Reps do.

The next thing you know, you'll expect her to be doing interviews on real news networks.  I betcha a shiny penny O'Reilly is going to interview her soon. Maybe he can ask her what she thinks about Falafel...

You really should stop picking on girls though.

  6. I agree, she's not being allowed to do interviews, either...this was from McCain's mouth and the API released it yesterday.

Another funny....McCain and Palin were here in Michigan today, the Republican party tried to make a big deal out of them going to campaign in a Detroit suburb, where the middle class, common man lives.  I used to live in the Detroit suburbs.  The one they went to is Sterling Heights....with the nickname Sterling Whites.  $250,000 homes (that's expensive for Michigan), no blacks, no Hispanics, and 45 minutes from Detroit proper.  HAHA!  Yeah, where the common man lives.  What BS.

Oh, how funny...I get thumbs down for what?  For stating facts?  I'm still undecided people, you're making it look like I really need to lean to the left.

  7. She and McCain were campaigning today.  They may be afraid to leave her out there on her own.  There's no telling what will fall out of her mouth.

  8. It was reported on msnbc during commentary at the end of last nights convention, via a reporter at the convention who had spoken with a campaign aide, that Mrs. Palin will be campaigning with Senator McCain and Mrs. McCain, making stops in four states, but then is going home to put her affairs in order, along with an aide and books so she can learn about all of McCain's positions so she'll be able to talk about them, what is going on in Foreign Policy, Domestic Policy, Iraq, etc....Then she will attend her son's ceremonies on the 12th before he has to leave to be deployed to Iraq and then is to return to campaign with Senator McCain the end of next week.

According to the clips below, she is not going to be allowed to do any interviews, only reading prepared speeches.

The Alaskan delegation at the convention were also prepped before entering the convention as were  'talking points' sent to other delegates regarding any questions.

I would guess the prepping of the Alaskan delegation had to do with getting them accustomed to allot of media attention.

According to the articles, Mrs. Palin will not be doing interviews.

  9. Convention just ended yesterday, she became a nominee just few days ago.

She is still a governor of Alaska, she need to transfer power to some one.

    Hold your horses.

  10. She was accepted the nomination on Thursday and you think she should be out campagining 24 hours later.

She hasn't had a chance to campaign alone yet.

At least her pretty suit isn't empty like Obama's.

In case you hadn't noticed she IS on Prime time.

    Next!

  11. SHe was just selected one week ago today and the RNC convention ended just last night.

Why not give her a day or two?

  12. How can she outside of Alaska be save to turn lose? If she had written her own speech, we would have seen just what type of person she really is. She's not ready to be on her own, the strings aren't that long to keep control of her, nor like a parrot to teach what to say at the right time. Take away all the BS about her because of the Republicans ways of doing things, she could be proven to with time proven to be a great party member. Everyone knows with a person like Sarah in Washington, is like a person saying they will fit the lack in the dam, then the water is over their head from lack of support.
