Has anyone seen a hamster with five paws?

I have a dwarf hamster that is growing a fifth paw.

No i havent but hey its rare dont go and sell your pet for money for the next owner might abuse it its ok if he grows another food unless it is growing in an uncomfortable place on your hamster just let it be and if it get to be a problem take it to a vet.

Hamsters cannot regenerate limbs. So unless it was horrendously bred and born with an extra leg, it cannot grow one now.

What you are seeing is most likely a tumor or cyst of some sort that resembles something like paw pads. You need to take it to a vet as soon as you can. Do not sit around and do nothing, your pet needs medical care.
