Has anyone seen a pair of shoes like these in all black?

I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a pair of flat shoes like these in all black. They had a pair at the website but they sold out. And please, no comments about how ugly they are, I just want them for wearing under jeans.

I think they have some in the dance shoe section at payless so try payless,com
