Has anyone seen a service car like this?

Hey there... I was just sitting here on my computer when I began to hear this very loud machine noise, like a lawn-mower right outside my window, at 12:20 at night. So I looked outside and there was a truck that looked similar to a street cleaner that was driving slowly and has a rectangular tube coming off the back that was emitting a steady, and rather heavy stream of a mist-like gas that was grey-ish white in color. It has a blinking yellow light and like I said, was rather loud. I was just wondering what this was, because the gas is kind of worrying me, and I've never seen it in my neighborhood before.

They are killing mosquitos or tree bugs.  Check your local paper for times and the story.  It will be there.  In the absence of paper,,,, check with your local municipality.

YEAH, WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE,  WITH ALL THE POISONS THAT THEY KEEP PUTTING INTO THE AIR,  CREATING WORSE GLOBAL WARMING! NO WONDER THE EARTH IS DYING........
