  1. Her name was Judith, the Mommy-to-Be doll put out by the Judith Corporation in 1991.  She is no longer produced but can be found on Ebay.  The way she gives birth is, when you unsnap the "belly buldge" piece of plastic, either a male or female baby (always a surprise and boys ARE anatomically correct!) lifts out and a piece of "built-in" plastic springs up to make the tummy flat again.  She's sooo neat...I have both White & African Americans, including their husbands & baby accessories still in their packaging.  I have yet to see spouses & accessories for sale, maybe because they were more limited and could only be purchased by mail.  Good Luck with your quest!   :)

  5. If you are wanting a serious answer (& I don't think you are), here it is.

There is no such thing as a pregnant Barbie. Mattel did, however, release a line of dolls called Happy Family. The dolls were Alan & MIdge & their son, Ryan. The Midge doll could be pregnant or not. The Midge doll had a hollow stomach that was held on the doll by small magnets. The baby doll could fit inside the stomach.

The line also included Midge's mother & father (Happy Family Grandparents) & neighbors with their children.

It was discontinued by Mattel a few years ago so your best chance would be to go to ebay  & enter "Happy Family Midge" in the search engine under the category of Dolls & Bears.

There are several artists who have done One of a  Kind dolls that are pregnant, but they tend to be very, very expensive.
