Has anyone seen the July 2008 issue of Lucky Magazine?

In the first couple pages is an ad for Max Factor make-up with Carmen Electra. Her make-up is gorgeous. The ad mentions that she is wearing Vivid Impact Mascara in Blushing Blue and Vivid Impact Eyeshadow in Emerald Coast. But how does she get the special effects of the red shades under her eyes?

I don't see her wanting red shades. it could be the way the light is refracting on it.
