Has anyone seen the gas price rise right after inserting credit card at pump?

I was at a gas station yesterday in Frederick, MD. The price ($3.93) was so good I couldn't pass it up even though I had half a tank left. When I pulled up to a pump, I inserted my credit card. After that, the pump changed the price from 3.93 to 4.03. Has anyone seen that before? What a gyp!

to fill up aa gas can thing and he put in like 54 ii think to get aa gal

and they gave him under aa gal

It's not a gyp.

It's due to the fact that a lot of gas stations charge extra for credit car purchases.

If you had looked around on the fuel pump, you would have seen a sign or a sticker that addressed that.

They've been doing this for years. Nothing new.

I think I have seen everything happen in a gas station this year. I saw the price go up 3 times in one day, when the price of oil went down the same day. Is there something wrong with this picture?

duh prices go up...my friend called yesterday [she ownes a gas station] and said get gas quick because as soon as her son go there he would raise price 10 cents a gallon...after i filled up the price jumped...just one of those things....gas is still cheap...a gallon of milk is 5 dollars and it doesnt have to be refined or shipped fron 12,000 miles away
