Try to watch it sometime, there is this bright star next to it (various on location) and to the far right from it's sight you can spot a red bright star (mars?) Check it out one day if you haven't. If you have noticed it, is this actual Saturn and Mars I am seeing?

This is great freeware you can download.  Interactive star chart.  Just tell it where you are and it will tell you what you see.  It will answer this and much more now and in the future.

    Yes, it is Jupiter.  Enjoy!

  2. The bright "star" is actually Jupiter.  To the right then is the red supergiant star Antares.  You can still see Mars and Saturn rather close to each other low in the western sky shortly after sunset.

  3. Yeah. actually, 2 days ago i saw a star on the left side of it and it was white, and yesterday it was on the far top right.

  4. I believe the red object may be the star Antares. The bright one I know to be Jupiter. Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto are also visible, but not to the unaided eye.

  5. cyswxman is right. It's Jupiter.

  6. It's obvious you have a computer-- so download Stellarium (it is free) install it and run it-- it will show you what is up in the sky.
