Has anyone seen the video of some drunk guy trying to punch the winning horse at the finish line?

I remember seeing this on Fred Roggins Hall of Shame years ago but can't seem to find it on You Tube.

The incident occurred in '99 during the running of the Maryland Breeder's Cup on Preakness Day.  A man walked out of the infield and took a swing at Artax (who would later be crowned champion sprinter) the heavy favorite who was well behind the winner Yes Its True.  This article mentions the incident http://www.bloodhorse.com/articleindex/a...
