I'm looking for people who go to the site and read it, not someone who thinks it means adding water to gas, thats a fool.

  1. Henry, I have been building and working on one of these for 3 years...currently it is in the trunk of a 1996 Lincoln Town Car.  I have 4 extraction chambers on mine with my Hydrogen lines run under the carpet thru the car, and thru the firewall to the intake, and battery power run from the engine in a 2nd tube back to the trunk.  The problem I have been having is the heat generation as the H2 and the O separates.  Im currently visualizing something like a built in tranny cooler to lower the temperature back down, except that I get a better reaction once the H20 temp is up there.  I'm not a pro with it by any means, but Ive gotten fairly literate with it.  The one thing I will share with anyone that is thinking about building one, is that any and all metal parts that come in contact with  your gases in the chambers should be stainless steel...and restaurant grade preferably.  The 2nd thing I'll say is that tap water isn't adequate, as even the most minor traces of iron will cause something called "iron bacteria" or rust slag that will trash up your process quickly.  Anyone may feel free to ask me questions.  Does it work?...Yes.  Is it as easy as the HHO ad makes it out to be?...No...  Was Mythbusters correct in their busting out of the proposal?...Yes, the way it was made.  Can it be made to work?...Yes.  Am I continuing to work on it now?.... Nope, Im kinda burned out on it and need to get remotivated.  Plus, since I don't have the funds to continue my research at this point.

EDIT:   I have some errands to run this morning, but if anyone is interested... you can put me in your yahoo IM.   Search for me or just put {ceegster} in it.  I will be here at 3:00pm central time for those interested...that's today--Tuesday, June 24th, 2008 at 1500 hrs.  Remember, I'm not a scientist, and I've forgotten more about this project, then I can remember, but nonetheless, Ill do what I can for anyone that's interested.  I often thought about starting my own blog about that process, but then again... I still need to get remotivated and find some more funds.  The total that I have invested so far is probably a little over $2500., but I'll tell ya what... it's the best 2500 dollars that Ive ever spent.  Not because I've recouped my investment, but because I enjoyed every single hour I've spent working on it, and nobody can take that away from me. ;-)

    Edit:

Esurk;  I sent you a long email but it it got booted..the addres sent with yours came back as not a good one.  Try and catch me on Yahoo IM or send one from your regular email... to ceegatceegsterdotcom

  2. This device and many others were tested on Discovery Channel "Myth Busters" in 2006 and failed miserably. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. The car still starts and runs fine but does not offer even 1 extra mile per gallon. They also exposed many other "fuel saving" scams.

This device is so easy to make that a 5th grader could make one in his Mom's kitchen in less than 30 minutes.

Don't you think that if this hair brained device  really worked you could just buy them at Wal-mart for about $9.99. ???

    C'mon people get REALLLL.

  3. That is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Water + fuel does not mix, in fact all it will do is kill your engine. Do yourself a favour and don't try it yourself, you will regret it if you do.

  4. its a wind up, you put water in your tank and you will get no MPG it will mess up your car

  5. Wow... there really *is* one born every minute....

  6. Yes, I've seen it, and I've been mulling it over for a couple of weeks now. The science behind it is correct, but my skepticism is aimed at whether or not James Kirk has been born yet. Is this technology this close to us? Maybe...but I must say that Ceegler's answer has helped me to look at it again. I might--MIGHT--be willing to spend $60 on these instructions if I hear more personal experience with like Ceegler's.

  7. The principle of extracting hydrogen from water electrically is basic science, and quite correct.  However, this particular arrangement is an utter lash-up and completely ineffective. Pure snake oil.

If it could be done that easily, don't you think the car manufacturers would have incorporated it? It would be a great selling point . . .

  8. you know I believe in hydrogen since i seen it work first hand and i see the technology working here simple crude but its there, im interested in the feller who got his F-250 to work on it though mind emailing me ? stuffy@rcn.com , photos of the install would be interesting also. Cheer's --

ps also have 18 Solar PV panels generating 3.0 KWH a day  our break even power usage (when the Kids don't leave the refer door open) so Im into saving on energy actively, also the new Honda Accord is a big Plus if you can!

  9. water injection? is a common form of simply getting more air mass into a given cylinder. by having a  mix? of air fuel and water  the water will vaporise  when the fuel is burned and thus give more  oxygen etc to enable a better burn> it needs lots technology to make It work. no surprise no car manufacturer is pursuing this line due to costs, maintenance and other issues.

  10. Its not adding water to your gas!!!! Idiots.  Your just making a hydrogen generator, that really produces hydrogen.  It takes patience to get it right.  You don't wanta generate too much heat.  I have just perfected one, I have a f250 with a V-10, went from 10mpg city, to 20mpg city.
