Has anyone seen this before? (small green dragon figurine)?

I've had this thing forever and can't remember where or when I got it... and now I'm curious about it. =)

There's no company name or anything on it anywhere except a small copyright symbol on the bottom. It's made of either china or ceramic (honestly, I can't tell the difference between the two) Is anyone familiar with this and the company that made it?

He is so cute!!! definitely a collectible, so definitely belongs in hobbies and crafts. Collecting is a hobby!!
