Has anyone seen what a just-hatched bed bug looks like?

How small is a freshly hatched bed bug? We're worried about an infestation but haven't seen any signs of them yet. We did, however, see a very tiny bug crawl across a pillow of mine (it had been stored in the closet.) It was smaller than a millimeter, rather long/oval in shape, and rather opaque. We couldn't make out details like if it had wings or antennae before we lost sight of it.

Most pictures of baby bed bugs I've seen show them being more round than elongated, but I don't know if these pictures are of truly just-hatched bugs or not. Anyone seen an incredibly young bedbug before and can describe it to me?
