Has anyone seperated the 3 pieses of a trx 450 head gasket to haise compression?

I guess it would be like shaving a few thousands off the head...It will give more compression....We have shaved 20 thousands off heads before on 2-strokes...Made a big diff...

There is no reason to seperate unless you want to save money. Buy a CRF motorcycle head gasket from a dealer or go to servicehonda.com . It is already thinner, and you dont have to worry about tearing the one you have up.
