Has anyone shopped at youbeauty.net?

I placed an order with them on 18th December, and have still never received it.

I e-mailed them last week, and they have not yet been in contact to say whether the item has been dispatched or not, so I have just sent a second e-mail this morning.

Has anyone else ordered from them? Did you receive your goods, or have problems dealing with them?
