  1. meditation and CD's etc can help calm and focus the person..but it has to be done so the person gets in a routine of it

  3. my friend had ADD, and he started taking a pill that decreased appetite and was basically a pill that made him stoned. After a while he started getting slightly addicted and couldn't function without the pill. So he tried to cut down more and more...he started meditation. After meditation, he felt more rejuvinated and it helped him concentrate. Maybe if you try something like this it would be better than taking pills...but this is just a suggestion. it's different for everyone... but maybe meditation and yoga would work for you.
