Has anyone skied the ridge in Taos Ski Valley, New Mexico?

How hard is it? How advanced should you be to ski it? What is the best run to take from the ridge?

The ridge is extreme. Taos is one of the steepest resorts in the world and this is the steepest part of it.

The ridge is amazing! I have skied at Taos since I was extremely young. I'm 15 now, and I skied the ridge for the first time when I was 13. I would say if you can ski a few doubles at Taos and have no trouble with powder then you will be good to go!

One other note: There is a "crest" (I am not sure what to call it) that you have to jump off on most the ridge runs to begin your descent.
