I never have but I know that a greedy corporation would never "offer to help". If your bills are really expensive, try going to a lawyer and suing them for damages and grievous injuries. Good Luck!

If you have a legitimate injury and reported it to the store than they would file a claim with their insurance carrier.  They have liability coverage for such incidents.
