if you have a buyer about 10-12wks,if not AGES,stay where you are,prices are to low right now,

Mine went on in May and have had 1 viewing which didnt result in a sale. I live in hope but wont hold my breath. Not the best times to be selling up

I live in Washington st.........and things are supposedly good here........but people are not even looking and nothing is selling.......have a relative in real estate and she's made one split sale since last august...........and she's had two offers but no one wanting to sell for the price........imo only, if gas does not come down, we are in for a long slow ride down.....but if that issue can change by next year in May, we should start to see change, but if not......don't be surprised if it is 2012.
