  1. no i dont think so since according to the rules:possible solutions to the puzzle will be received by mail up until December 31, 2008. If no correct solutions are received, the mail for the next year would be kept until December 31, 2009, and lastly 2010. and since they have not announced the winner. the prize is still up for grabs
