Has anyone started clomid on day 1 like me . ?

just reading up on dosage and was wondering if anyone else has been started on day 1?

No sorry I have done day 4 to 8 and 5 to 9 for my son 3 years ago and now TTC#2 this specialist has me on days 3 to 7.

No it is usually on day 3 or 5. If your doc prescribed that then there must be a reason. If you are just dosing yourself then I would start on day 3 if still no baby then try day 5. Good luck.

Hey just think you may be blessed with twins, I heard Clomid can cause more than one baby how cool would that be! Wish you all the luck and baby dust

it's very rare to start on day 1, but if that's what your doctor prescribed then it should be ok :)

There are 3 popular schedules for Clomid: CD1-5, CD3-7 and CD5-9. Women who ovulate but need a boost usually start on CD5-9, but if you're not ovulating, you might need a 'jump start' and that often involves the CD1-5 schedule. Good luck!
