i have friends who have stayed there and the reviews have been mixed-some love it some dont-ive stayed in alcudia but not at these apartments and i didnt like it at all-i absolutely love spain and go to different places there 2 or 3 times a year but i would never go back to alcudia there are far better places for me-look on holidaytruths.com its full of reviews on the bellevue

It has been about 5 years since I was there and I wouldn't go back - It is a small village type complex with about 6-8 apartment blocks and swimming pools, 2 small shops and few pub areas, It looks into a mountain side and it has a lake in the middle of it which attracts the mosquito's, everyone there gets badly bitten by them, most of the apartments had terrible amount of ants in the rooms. The food is not very good and entertainment is so-so but didn't start till late, there is more children that adults, its about 10 minutes walk to the lovely beach, Bellevue is expensive for what they offer. Outside is the main street down to the beach which has cafes, bars etc. Alcudia is a lovely place I have been several times but not the Bellveue.

i hated it.

alcudia old town was ok, but there are much nicer parts of spain. we stayed at bellevue. what a mistake. never again.

the place was falling apart, we were double booked, cockroaches, temporary apartment was half built and everyone was german except us (nothing against germans, but i learned spanish).

They are not to be recommended at all. Previous answers have just about all been spot on except that it's about at least a twenty minute walk to the beach and, depending on which block you are in, it could take you ten minutes just to get out of the complex and onto the main road. This was the case with the block I was in which also required a five minute walk to a separate building at meal times.

Have a happy holiday and go to Puerto Pollensa or Palma Nova instead.
