Has anyone stayed at Hotel Aliseo in Milan?

I will be staying at this hotel and it says it is a b&b. Has anyone been there, heard of it, or have any suggestions?

I just hope that this place is not a hostel!

Never - if says B&B then by law it cannot be a Youth Hostel.

I just looked it up on the net and it advertises itself as a hotel. The location is very good and the prices even better.
