Has anyone stayed at "Da House Hotel" in Old San Juan PUERTO RICO? Or has any reviews about it? PLEASE !?

It's located at the top of a place called "Nuyorican Cafe" and it seems quite simple and cheap but in the heart of Old San Juan... which is ALL GOOD. But I wanted to know if anyone had some additional information or any personal reviews and/or experiences about the place, since I'm thinking about spending some nights over there. Please can anyone help me! =o)

Not sure about the hotel specifically but I love Old San Juan.

Make sure to drink the Mojitos and Pina Coladas.

If your lucky, you'll see a ghost at night in Old San Juan. I know a few people on the trip that claim it.

Make sure to visit Cundado beach on the weekends.
