Has anyone stayed at sandals grande ocho rios beach resort in jamaica?

I would like a description of the room I booked for my vacation but keep getting the runaround from the resort staff. i want to upgrade if I booked a dumpy room. Can anyone help with w photo or description? ASAP?

havent been to sandals but i hav been to Point village!!!

it is really appealing to familys.... even if your alone, there is a really warm atmosphere all the time...

They have to tell you what kind of room you have....Ask for a supervisor.

Tell the person you want to upgrade..then they should tell you unless you paid a price that gives you whatever is available at the time.

There are beach front rooms,  garden view, suites etc.

I rpefer Sandals Royal Plantation.  Great free massages at Sandals Grande Ocho Rios

REMEMBER, you can always ask for another room if you do not like the what they have given you...Upon arrival the manager will change it if others are available...They want satisfied customers who will tell others about the good service!

The rooms at sandals r great it depends on the type u requested.There r beach view or garden view and the rooms are furnished European or Jamaican style. Believe me u will not be stayin in the rooms wit all the things to do the many pools and open bars. Its an experience u will not forget.

Have you tried Tripadvisor.com yet?  There's lot's of info there.  Hope it helps you as much as it did me.
