I am trying to book a holiday in October and wondered if anyone has any feedback on the Aquarius in Puerto del Carmen (good or bad!)

Also, can anyone recommend an all inclusive hotel to stay in in Puerto del Carmen that's around £1200 for 2 people for 2 weeks?

  1. im staying at cinco plaza apartments there in 3 weeks cost me £900 for two weeks for a 1 bed apartment ..ders 4 pools der ...check it out ..happy booking :-)

  2. yes

    ITS GREAT!

  3. The Aquarius is a nice complex in the old town of Puerto del Carmen.  It's close to the harbour area and many bars / restaurants.

Most rooms are facing the sea so you can have a nice view but obviously depends on how high you end up.

There have been reports eariler in the month about the quality of the rooms with some poeple finding many problems, the complex is trying to keep onto of repairs etc to keep everything at a good standard.

All inclusive... the Aquarius will offer this when you are checking in for a small fee.

However, I really don't see the point, the island is cheap enough to eat and drink (stay away from most Irish bars) and will not cost you much for a good meal and night out.  Try visiting some good Spanish restaurants as you will find these the cheapest (find the ones hidden away).

Have a look at the sites below for some great information on Puerto de Carmen.

  4. Check out the reviews on them here.

    Look quite good to me.

  5. I have been last year and i enjoy a lot. Beutiful swimingpool if you need more information visit http://www.dimehoteles.com/hotel-en-Puer...

enjoy in lanzarote, nices place to go.

  6. yes, it wasn't too bad, but I was in an apartment that overlooked the roof of a noisy irish pub!  There wasn't much in the way of entertainment.  However, the area round the port is beautiful!  The prawns in Garlic is superb!

  7. 1. Aquarius is a pretty nice complex...some of the apartments are even time-share standard. In a good location in the Old Town of P.D.C...you would enjoy it there..nice pool...great sea views!!

    2. Don't go all-inclusive....i would only go all inclusive if you don't want to do any sight-seeing and you don't mind spending all day in the same place! bars and restaurants are very reasonable! loads of choice from all different nationalities!

    3. Irish pubs are quite expensive..but most have live music, so you have to pay extra for that!! They don't charge you to get in - so it goes on the price of the beer!

    4. You should be able to get an accomodation only holiday for a lot less than 1,200quid for 2 in October...then use the cash you save to see some of the island.

    5. Post another question here including your age and what you like to do on holiday and i will give you some recommendations if you like?!!
