If you want to know what others think of this hotel go to http://www.tripadvisor.com where you will find people who have been to your hotel and what they think.  

When you get to this site type in the search box the name of the hotel and this will list up the reports from ordinary people.

I haven't stayed there but I know it by sight. It looks ok and it's a nice location; right by the Marina and the old town, about two minutes from Poniente Beach (the quieter of the two main beaches) It's also right by a small bus terminus so if you want to get out and about a bit it's pretty good. It's not too close to the main 'Brit bar strip' though, so if you want to take advantage of all the night life you'll need to walk a bit, or get a cab. If I were looking to stay in Benidorm (I live in the next town) it's probably the area I'd choose to be in.
