Has anyone stayed at the Paco Park Oasis Hotel In Manila?

I will be arriving in Manila in a few weeks and will be staying at the Paco Park Hotel for a week and would like some input on it. Any idea how much a taxi should cost to get there from the airport?

The taxi from the Airport will probably be 500 fixed (from the international) or about 250 from the domestic if you get a metered cab.

The neighborhood around the Paco Park is a bit dreary, but the hotel itself is really nice.  It is interestingly decorated, has good food, a nice pool, and the owners and their friends are really nice.
