Has anyone stayed at the Purple Hotel in Glasgow (Braehead area)

Question

Can you please let me know what you though of it? How you confirmed your booking? I called and reserved a room two months ago, and have rang three times asking for a confirmation email (they confirmed over the phone that the room was booked), and got nothing. I emailed them via a link on their website, and still nothing.
