Has anyone stayed at the paradise island harbour resort in the bahamas? Some say good some bad.?

I am already booked at the resort so I was looking for a honest opinion

I always go to travel.yahoo.com before we go anywhere to see what others had to say. I've never been to where you are staying but I would make sure to visit Atlantis. As others said, you can't use their beach but there is a ton of stuff you can do and I would recommend seeing the aquarium..we had such a nice time at Atlantis and that place is HUGE!!! That was an all day adventure for us but so worth it!!!

Can't use the beach at Atlantis either.. so it's a bust for daytime activities, unless you gamble during the day.

There is a public beach about 10 minutes from your hotel that you'll want to find.  Bring a soft side cooler and pick up some drinks along the way.  There's no restrooms or other amenities.. except some locals selling drinks from milk containers .

PIHR is really a low budget hotel.  Plan to NOT spend much time there.  Food is a step down from Denny's.

It's not the best,  but      the price is good. You can go over to the Atlantis for the day and use everything except the water slides and pool.

i don't think that hotel has a beach--the hotels on the other side of that island have the better beaches--you do however have a view of the city and the dirty harbor. good luck with that
