I've never stayed in any château- out of my league financially! Generic hotel chains have generally provided my accommodations, but I have to assume that this is much nicer... just googled it out of curiosity... didn't find anything about the castle but I now know that Les Houches is in the French Alps... beautiful area. Have a great trip, and sorry I couldn't be of help in this case.
