  1. I was on the Disney Magic last month.  If you're on the Magic or the sister ship Wonder, your room is ocean view but in this case you have the cannisters that contain the liferafts in the front of your cabin window.

You might want to contact the cruise line directly and see if you can upgrade.

  2. means lifeboats are in the way probably.....I wouldnt do that because your spending some kind of extra money for the window....if you cant see out of it you might as wel get an inside room for cheaper.

Finding someone who has been in that exact cabin is highly unlikely

  3. You mean... the ~~HAUNTED~~ cabin?!?!?!?

  4. I have not been in that cabin or on the cruise line, but we have an obstructed view for cruise next month.  I have researched it some and it sounds like it is the lifeboats that block the view.  At first I almost didn't get it, but then I did because I realize there isn't much besides ocean to look at when you're out, and if you want to see anything, just go right outside. :)  Also, I heard they sometimes lower the lifeboats when the ship is docked at the location so you might get a view.
