  1. Not exactly but some measures like lowering salt intake, weight management, time management and yoga are very good.Dose and frequency of medication can be lowered.

  2. Thereare definitely ways to lower blood pressure without medications.  There is a limit to their efficacy, but some have very good evidence.

The study "Dietary Aproaches to Stopping Hypertenson" showed that diet changes can successfully lower your blood pressure as effectively as most medications and numerous other trials have shown the same of exercise.

However, considering the limits of these reductions (usually less than 8/5 from your baseline blood pressure), the best recommendations are to use a combinationof medications, diet and exercise in most patients who require treatment.

  3. research magnesium, magnesium chloride,  and transdermal magnesium.  also, exercising and weight management successfully restores normal blood pressure.

  4. People who are trying to sell you something are doing exactly that. It's possible with weight control, diet, and exercise, to lower blood pressure without medication, but there's no reason to look at the "supplement" market unless you just have so much money you need to waste some. The money would be better spent on something like dance lessons, so the weight control and exercise are more fun.
