Has anyone taken Candigone to reduce sugar cravings?

According to Doug Hoffman, some people have an overgrowth of Candida yeast in their stomach, which causes them to crave sugar in massive amounts.

The first time I took this, I got a yeast infection within one week. This time, I am taking a probiotic with it and getting good results. I've lost 10 pounds in three weeks.

Is there a better product out there that I should buy at the end of the month when my Candigone product is gone?

  1. Perhaps your best strategy is to reduce your sugar intake as sugar aggravates Candida.  See item 27 in http://www.rheumatic.org/sugar.htm .

    Candigone seems to be useless unless you take a probiotic with it.


  2. A low carb diet is helpful, but it might take a few days before you start seeing results, and you need to stick with the low carb to keep your cravings down, works we me!
