Has anyone taken Costa Cruise Lines to Catalina Island, Dominican Republic "their island stop?

We will be stopping there at the end of the month (March) and I would like to know what is provided on the beach. Like some cruise lines have rentals for snorkeling, banana boat rides etc. right there on the beach when you get to shore. Also are there any excursions that you would recommend from this stop or ones we shouldn't waste our money on?

I haven't actually taken the cruise yet, but I am on your same cruise at the end of the month.  :-) The Fortuna right? How funny. I was going to post the same questions you asked about what to do on Catalina Island, DR, but I figured I would just wait and see what answers you get! I really want to go horse-back riding on the beach at some point, and I was hoping to do it on this stop because we have things planned for St. Thomas. I'm not sure if they have it though......
