Has anyone taken Dave Ramsey's Financial Program?

My husband wants us to take Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University Class. And I would like to know from people who have taken it. Did it work first of all and did it help your marriage? Thank you

Although we have not attended FPU, my husband and I have both read Financial Peace and Total Money Makeover. I highly recommend it. I believe it absolutely can help your marriage. We were lucky enough to get started on the right foot very early and we've followed the plan since day one. We've been married just over five years, we're expecting our first child in October, and we mailed our final payoff payment on our house yesterday. We are officially 100% debt-free! It has taken hard work and sacrifice but it is so worth it. Dave Ramsey gives you the tools, knowledge, and motivation you need to stick with it. You can do it! Debt is normal, be weird!!

My husband and I took it- it worked great! We took the class 2 years ago and we haven't fought about money since. Now we have the budget and we will disagree about what we think some items but we don't fight- we discuss our goals and figure out how to compromise and make everything work.

We recommend his program to everyone!
