Has anyone taken a cruise out of NYC?

especially a carnival one? I am going on the Victory to Halifax and Saint John's. Has anyone been on that one?

Yes I've been on a couple cruises out of New York with Carnival like the Paradise, legend and destiny. they were all superrr fun. lots of things to do, friendly staff, and all. great night stuff. make sure you participate in as much as you can otherwise trust me, youll regret it. also i recomend you buy the carnival travelog at the end of your vacation, its a great way to remember what a great time u had. =] hope this helps.

P.S If you get easily sea sick i suggest you bring along the patch and wear it...the water around NYC is kind of rocky.

Yes - this was a very enjoyable and fun cruise. Wait til you see how beautiful it is in those parts of Canada. We are actually returning to Nova Scotia next month !
