Has anyone taken advantage of The COOLinary celebration?

They are running specials at participating restaurants and wondering how much of a reduction there is to normal pricing. I know it says under $20 for lunch and under $30 for dinner but is it a percentage of regular pricing? Is the full menu offered? This is the link to it but dont see any info?

I was just reading about that in the paper recently but I am not sure if its specific items. But I agree some of the participating restaurants under $30 for dinner could be a good thing but others it would be pretty high. So guess its a percentage or certain items that are reduced. Probably have to mention it too or wont get the deal.
