Has anyone taken the DMV test in California?

Is it required that you must drive on the freeway or parallel park on the test?

You will only drive on freeway if you have a physical or mental condition, like vision problems.  No parallel parking, just pulling over to the side of the road and backing up.  Look on Youtube for videos on california drive test.

definitely parallel parking - yep. i don't think you have to go on the freeway. it is not imperative that you drive on freeways, so they can't really test you on that. but the parking thing, it's been there on that test forever.

They will test parking, but won't test freeway.  They COULD, but they don't.
