Has anyone taken the MCDST exam that can give me some pointers?

I am going to take a course to prepare for the exam (70-271 & 70-272) and I was wonderng if there is someone that has taken it that can give me some tips for the test.

The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a lower-level credential that demonstrates a technician can competently support end users and troubleshoot desktop environments running on Microsoft Windows. MCDST candidates are required to pass two core exams. Elective exams are not required. Complete course lasts 50 hours.

In  fact , if  u  have  learned   well   with  the  books ,  i  think  that  you'd  better  do  some  good   testexam  online   ,and   analyze  every   answer   carefully  ,then  

you  will  know  more  and   can  application successfully.
