What did they do? What kind of results did you see? How much did it cost?

  1. This is a very hot issue ... ask the doctor to show you the results from "peer-reviewed clinical trials" for anything they recommend.  And have the tests done by your local hospital lab, not their mail-order lab because it's a lot cheaper. As in hundreds of dollars cheaper!

Yes, there are lots of testimonials, but there are also parents who did nothing and their kids also improve.  The recent report on the genetics of autism would indicate that early and intensive work on memory and learning are what is needed, not chelation for non-existent "toxins", chemical castraiton, expensive 'supplements' in the absence ofa lcear dietary deficiency,  and  screwball diets.

  2. I might have answered a question of yours the other day.

Yes my sister has for her Autistic son  - she went to a DAN conference/open day in Cheshire (UK) at the end of June - that cost around £150 I think - I'm not sure about the tests that he's having though.

Look at the website and make some enquiries - my sister is on holiday at the moment, so I can't ask her about cost.

If you're in the USA the costs will probably be different anyway.

I don't know how much truth or bunkum is in DAN, but all of the tests are carried out in proper hospitals in the UK.
