  1. I've used a couple products by Farr Labs called QUrol and uh oh, I've forgotten the other one.

    They have quercetin as well as zinc and some saw palmetto. The quercetin really seems to calm the nerves down there.

    There is a lot of info at chronicprostatitis.com, including quite a different theory of what's going on.


  2. I take some zinc and saw palmetto.  Seems to help some.
