Has anyone tested positive 2 days before expected period. i?

i've been trying to concieve since june of 2008. i had a miscarriage in late april of 2008. i got my cycle on july 4th. i bd on the 14, 15, 16, 17, and the 19. i took a test on sunday and it came up positive. the test line was very fainted but you can tell it wasn't greu it was a very light purple. The test i got was one i got over the internet. It was the early reslut test that detect hcg levels of 20 or more. What i'm wondering is if i tested positive two days earlier than my expected it there a chance of this being a twin pregnancy. Please no smart comments i

m really excited and i know if it was you in my shoes you would feel the same way too.I like to also ask what are the chances of a chemical pregnancy when testing two days before your expected period.

I tested positive 5 days early and as far as ultrasound #1 I am only having one. I'm not sure what the chances are of a chemical pregnancy.

My friend just did!!  But it took me 3 weeks AFTER my period to get a positive.  I think every one is different!

I tested positive a few days before my period, too, and the line was really light, like how you described. Congratulations!

I tested 4 days early (at 10 DPO) and got a pos!!! I didn't have twins though. There is always a chance of twins (as identical twins are completely random) but it's a very small chance.

well u said it was an early detecter pregnancy test . i doubt it is twins if the line is faint . just make an appointment with ur doc to go in and be checked out tell them u tested positive also re test tomorrow in the morning and c if the lines darker
