Has anyone tried Dr Natura's COLONIX? I'm planning on taking that but worried.Please leave responses.?

no, but I have gone to a person for colon hydro therapy. It is a gentle process of cleaning the colon and it did a world of wonders for me. (Sorry, but a bag of carrots didn't do it.) If you do any thing, take a good probiotic like  i-flora to replace the good stuff you lose  along with the bad.

I've read about that and thought about getting it but backed out. I didn't want to spend the money and have it not work.  Let me know if you try it and what you think.  :)

Your colon is meant to have a natural balance, like every other part of your body. Colon-cleansing programs disrupt the balance of fluids and electrolytes.

If you feel your digestive system isn't functioning as it should, increase the amount of raw fibrous vegetables you consume, and drink plenty of filtered water.

The best colon cleanse is a bag of carrots.

Sorry to butt in here, but a reasonably healthy body does an

excellent job of keeping itself clean even when abused

("cleansed") by it's owner. You'd run the risk of upsetting

the delicate balance of normal bowel flora.

Eat healthy(lots of fiber), exercise, and drink when you're

thirsty or just want to, extra in summer and when exercising.

That's all you need to do! Your fantastically designed body

will do the rest. And it and wallet will be proud of you!

Enemas and other artificial colon cleansing is totally unnecessary.  

All you need is plenty of fiber and roughage and three very healthy diets that provide this requirement are the Mediterranean diet, the Pritikin diet and a vegetarian diet that you may perhaps want to investigate.
