Has anyone tried EFT - Emotional Feeling Technique & does it work?

  1. It's called Emotional Freedom Technique and is derived from the work of Roger Callahan and kinesiology.

    Yes, it works for some people and not for others. The reason is that it's a fixed set of points which are stimulated in a predetermined sequence. Some people respond well to this set of points and this particular sequence. Other people would respond better to another set of points or another sequence. But then you would have to go back to kinesiology and muscle testing to determine the individual needs of the person - which is always better than any fixed method like EFT!

  2. I have tried it.  I did not notice a significant difference, just felt relaxing to do it.
