Has anyone tried Emeraude Classic Cruises in Halong Bay? I found recommendation of this cruise in Frommers but would love to hear from you

This is a huge boat and the most expensive cruise in Ha Long bay. The boat facilities and service are excellent. anyway, it have disadvantage is the boat is too big so it cant cruise deep in heart of Bay as you know there plenty of islands and ilets grow from sea.
